01. Using this website
These terms describe use of the Circle Track website and its links to the account platform. Use the website lawfully and read the information relevant to the service you choose.
Hardware purchases, installation, tracking subscriptions and camera services are subject to the applicable offer and service agreement. Browsing this website or creating an account does not by itself create a paid order, installation booking or active monitoring service.
02. Service information
Circle Auto introduces vehicle tracking. Circle Eye introduces driver and road camera views alongside tracking. The map, vehicle, camera arrangement, dashboard and movements on this website are illustrative. They are not live measurements or exact hardware specifications.
Confirm coverage, equipment compatibility, availability, installation requirements and pricing before placing an order. Any specific service commitment must appear in the applicable agreement.
03. Your account
Get started opens account registration; Sign in opens the account login. Provide accurate details, use an email address you control and keep your credentials private. If you register for an organisation, you must be authorised to act for it.
Do not access another person’s account without permission. Use password recovery if you lose access, and email hello@circletrack.co.za if you need help.
04. Responsible use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or impersonate another person. Before monitoring a vehicle or its occupants, ensure you have the necessary authority and provide the notices and permissions required by applicable law.
Do not interact with the website or a monitoring application while driving. Tracking and camera services depend on factors such as correctly installed and powered equipment, connectivity and the agreed service configuration.
05. Orders and consumer rights
Review the supplier details, full charges, payment arrangements, installation or delivery timing, contract duration, renewal rules, support, warranties and cancellation or refund terms in the offer before agreeing to a purchase.
Nothing on this website removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Account registration does not confirm a paid order.
06. Illustrations and limitations
The website does not promise uninterrupted coverage, prevention of theft, guaranteed recovery of a vehicle or emergency response. Specific service commitments belong in the service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
07. Content and external links
Website content and branding remain subject to their owners’ rights. The car asset has a separate Creative Commons Attribution licence, linked with its author credits in the footer. Open-source components retain their own licences.
External links lead to independently operated services. Read their terms and privacy information before sharing information or entering an agreement.
08. Privacy and contact
Read the Privacy notice for information about this website and account registration. Our Contact us page helps you prepare an email enquiry. The form does not submit a message until you send it from your email app.
